Job Description
1. Based on the regional market situation, develop regional sales strategies, lead the team to achieve the business targets set by the company;
2. Developing regional clients, responsible for maintaining clients within the region, and deeply exploring the potential needs of major clients;
3. Regularly report the sales situation within the region and the next stage's sales plan;
4. Responsible for training, assisting, and managing agents within the region;
5. Collaborate with the marketing department to complete the annual market plan;
6. Complete the assessment according to the company's performance evaluation requirements.
Note: This position is a Regional Sales Manager, with locations in South China, North China, East China, and Northwest regions
